Wednesday, July 19th - Tournament Registration Deadline
The following items must be received prior to the deadline of July 19 for teams to be entered into the tournament.
1. Tournament Fee of $500 per team: Checks payable to: Diamond Academy
2. All Tournament forms:
3. Completed USA National Championship Entry Form: (Signed by your state commissioner)
All other Items may be emailed directly to Justin Feist [email protected] prior or brought to check-in.
1. Completed USA National Championship Roster: (Signed by your state commissioner)
2. Completed USA Pick-Up Player Form: (if using one it must be signed by your state commissioner)
3. Coaches must show their ACE Certification card at check-in: Teams MUST have at least one coach that is ACE certified on the field or in the dugout with you at ALL times
4. ALL dugout personnel must be USA Background checked: All dugout personnel must have passed a USA Softball background check and be SafeSport certified to get a coaches pass at check-in
5. Proof of team insurance - either through Bollinger or other insurance provider
6. Each player MUST have a photo ID to check-in (license, school ID, USA Card, hospital certificate, Valid Passport or signed photo)
Photocopies of valid ID are acceptable. Each team member MUST check-in individually before competing.
7. Bat Testing: All bat that wish to be used during play need to be brought to check in to get tested
